Brinker Simpson & Company, LLC, the region's premier accounting and financial advisory firm, is honored to announce its ranking in the small company category on The Philadelphia Inquirer's Top Workplaces list for 2025. This category highlights the top 72 companies with 149 or fewer employees in the Delaware Valley, celebrating Brinker Simpson & Company's commitment to cultivating a supportive and thriving workplace culture.
Since 2009, The Inquirer has partnered with Energage, an independent research firm that specializes in employee engagement and workplace improvement, to recognize top-performing organizations based entirely on employee feedback. Companies are evaluated through a confidential, research-backed employee engagement survey that measures 15 key culture drivers, including leadership, alignment, communication, and opportunities for growth.

To determine the 2025 winners, 6,314 organizations in the region were invited to participate in the competition. Of those, 202 surveyed their employees, and 144 organizations earned a spot on the final list. Participation in the program is free, and no company pays to be considered, ensuring an unbiased and data-driven selection process.
