Hillary Alexander, CPA: Hillary Alexander brings more than a decade of experience providing tax planning and compliance services to middle-market and closely held companies, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals. She is known for her ability to navigate complex tax matters with clarity and precision, helping clients minimize risk, optimize outcomes, and achieve long-term objectives.
Beyond client service, Hillary is deeply invested in the firm’s growth and culture. She plays an active role in mentoring emerging professionals and leading internal training initiatives, reflecting her commitment to developing both people and processes. Her practice spans a broad range of industries, including cryptocurrency transactions, manufacturing, distribution and logistics, professional services, real estate, restaurants, home healthcare, life sciences and biotech, and technology and startup companies.
Hillary is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Chester University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
Alex Jones, CPA, MST: Alex Jones advises closely held businesses, their owners, and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of tax planning, compliance, and consulting matters. With extensive experience preparing and reviewing tax filings for individuals, trusts, flow-through entities, small businesses, and exempt organizations, Alex provides proactive strategies that align business needs with personal financial goals.
His industry experience includes professional services, not-for-profit organizations, manufacturing, and small businesses. Known for his detail-oriented and client-focused approach, Alex helps organizations navigate complex regulatory environments while identifying opportunities for tax savings and sustainable growth.
Alex earned both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his Master of Science in Taxation from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
Erik Klein, CPA: Erik Klein leads assurance engagements for nonprofit organizations, closely held companies, and employee benefit plans. Known for his calm, methodical approach and collaborative leadership style, Erik takes a client-first approach to service, prioritizing accessibility, clear communication, and practical solutions. He helps clients strengthen internal controls, streamline financial reporting, and translate complex technical accounting matters into clear, actionable insights for boards and management teams. He is valued by clients for his sound judgment, responsiveness, and commitment to long-term relationships.
Across a broad range of industries, Erik serves nonprofit and mission-driven organizations, employee benefit plans, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, transportation, cable and communications, professional services, homeowner associations, and other middle-market clients. He plays a key role in planning and executing audits, mentoring staff, coordinating with service providers, and delivering high-quality engagements on schedule. Internally, he serves as a trusted resource on engagement quality, staff development, and the consistent, risk-aware application of GAAP firm-wide.
Erik is deeply committed to community service and professional leadership. He serves on the Board and Finance Committees of the Rose Tree Early Learning Center and the Philadelphia Independence Seaport Museum and is active in the Greater Springfield Business Association. He is also a member of PICPA, the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, and the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, and is a graduate of the Delaware County Chamber’s Business Leadership Academy.
Erik earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Salve Regina University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
