Both were formally recognized at the PICPA Annual Meeting and Celebration earlier this month.
The PICPA Young Leader Award recognizes members of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants under the age of 40 who demonstrate exceptional commitment to the accounting profession through active PICPA involvement, community service, and professional leadership. Past recipients have gone on to serve as PICPA leadership, committee chairs, and respected speakers at conferences across the state.
Hillary Alexander, CPA, Partner, brings more than a decade of experience providing tax planning and compliance services to middle-market and closely held companies, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals. Beyond client service, Hillary is deeply invested in the firm's growth and culture, mentoring emerging professionals and leading internal training initiatives. Her practice spans a wide range of industries, including cryptocurrency, manufacturing, distribution and logistics, professional services, real estate, life sciences and biotech, and technology and startup companies.
Erik Klein, CPA, Partner, leads assurance engagements for nonprofit organizations, closely held companies, and employee benefit plans. Known for his calm, methodical approach and collaborative leadership style, Erik helps clients strengthen internal controls, streamline financial reporting, and translate complex accounting matters into clear, actionable insights. He serves on the Board and Finance Committees of the Rose Tree Early Learning Center and the Philadelphia Independence Seaport Museum, and is a graduate of the Delaware County Chamber's Leadership Academy.
