PA Annual Report Deadline Approaching: File by June 30

If your organization is a Pennsylvania domestic or foreign corporation, whether business or nonprofit, your 2025 Annual Report (Form DSCB:15-146) must be filed with the PA Department of State by June 30, 2025.

Who Must File by June 30?
- Domestic and foreign business corporations
- Domestic and foreign nonprofit corporations

This is a state requirement and separate from your tax return process.

What You’ll Need:
- Legal business name
- Jurisdiction of formation
- Registered office and principal office addresses
- Name of at least one governor (e.g., director or officer)
- Names and titles of principal officers (if applicable)
- Entity number issued by the PA Department of State

Filing Fees:
- $7 for business corporations
- $0 for nonprofit corporations

Don’t Delay
Failure to file by the deadline may result in penalties, including loss of good standing with the state.
