Brinker Simpson & Company, LLC, the region’s premier accounting and financial advisory firm, is pleased to welcome Tim Kievit, SPHR, to the team as Senior Manager, Human Resources.
Tim brings 14 years of human resources experience, including eight years with a national accounting and advisory firm, where he advanced to HR Senior Manager. His work spans employee relations, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and compliance, along with campus recruiting and onboarding for growing teams.
As Senior Manager, Human Resources, Tim partners with firm leadership on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and talent development, supporting the firm’s team members at every stage of their careers.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
