As in years past, our team members pulled together once again this tax season to create a truly amazing and successful experience for our clients and everyone in the firm.
March 1st, Brinker Simpson team members gathered for an afternoon Lunch & Learn with Pay For Ed, a company that offers education and a solution to the complexity of the student loan and the debt that can follow.
Our team member, Tom McGarrigle, Jr., joined Bill Gowie from Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz at the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce today, February 27, for "Taxes, What Can I Write Off?," a seminar for small businesses. Attendees received a quick update about tax law changes and found out what should be claimed, as a business owner, when you file.
This year, Brinker Simpson celebrates 30 years of doing business in our community and surrounding areas...

On June 4th, Brinker Simpson sponsored The Hope Café at CityTeam Ministries in Chester. We provided financial support for the delicious dinner provided, we purchased an array of desserts and beautiful floral centerpieces for each of the 9 tables. More importantly, a group of 24, comprised of 10 staff members and 14 friends and relatives, volunteered to participate in the event. Duties ranged from setting the tables, helping in the kitchen, hosting, greeting tables, bussing tables, serving food, and washing dishes. We also had staff who dined and conversed with the CityTeam dinner guests. Jimmy McGillian, the husband of Lori McGillian (our team member) provided lively music during the dinner.
