KEY DEADLINES
Document Deadline: Ensure you submit all your tax documents by March 25, 2024, to facilitate timely filing.

Automatic Extensions: If you miss this deadline, we will file an extension on your behalf. Please remember that all tax payments are due by April 15, 2024.

SECURE WAYS TO SEND YOUR INFO
TaxCaddy: Continue to streamline your tax preparation process with TaxCaddy. It enables you to electronically receive your tax organizer, manage and upload your tax documents securely, and easily communicate with your tax advisor.

If you used TaxCaddy last year, your enrollment carries over to this year.

E-Sign Engagement Letters: To further simplify processes, we now offer electronic signing of your tax engagement letters. Keep an eye out for our email in January 2024. If you don't receive it by January 31, please get in touch with us at contact@brinkersimpson.com.

Tax Organizer/Questionnaire: For those using TaxCaddy, you can complete your tax organizer/questionnaire electronically. If you opt out of TaxCaddy, you'll receive a PDF version or another method arranged with your tax preparer. Remember, we're moving towards phasing out paper organizers in the coming years.

SafeSend Returns: Once your returns are ready, we can send your tax packet through SafeSend Returns, eliminating the need for office visits or mail delays. More details about SafeSend Returns are available on our website.

CLIENT MEETINGS
We are limiting in-person meetings this tax season to ensure our clients and staff's safety and convenience. We encourage you to schedule phone or virtual appointments through Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
