Brinker Simpson & Company, LLC, the region's premier accounting and financial advisory firm, is pleased to welcome Nichole Cecchini to its professional team.

Nichole joined Brinker Simpson as a full-time Client Services Specialist after serving on our 2025 Busy Season Support Team. In her new role, she provides essential administrative support to the Tax Department, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and staff. Her responsibilities include coordinating tax engagement logistics, facilitating client communication, and managing daily departmental operations.

Nichole has a strong background in customer service, event support, and administrative coordination. Most recently, she worked as a Hiring and Retention Assistant in Philadelphia, managing onboarding processes, staff engagement efforts, and internal communications. Her prior experience includes roles in hospitality and recreation, showcasing her exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability.

A recent graduate of Coastal Carolina University's Wall College of Business, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. During her time at CCU, Nichole was an active member of Phi Sigma Sigma and participated in the college's capstone leadership course. She is a native of Ridley Township and currently resides in Folsom, Pennsylvania.
