The following promotions are effective immediately:

Marcy DeLorenzo-Rosci, CPA, has been promoted from Senior Manager to Practice Area Leader of the Client Accounting Services Department. Marcy joined the firm in 2020, bringing extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Her leadership and deep expertise in managed accounting services continue to make her a trusted advisor to clients and a valued leader within the firm.

Chris Simpson, CPA, has been promoted from Tax Supervisor to Tax Manager. Since joining Brinker Simpson in 2017, Chris has worked closely with the management team on a wide range of tax matters, including compliance, planning, and coordination with tax authorities. He primarily serves clients in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, construction, software development, not-for-profit, professional services, healthcare, and government sectors.

John Beck, CPA, has been promoted from Senior Tax Accountant to Tax Supervisor. John joined the firm in 2019 and has gained extensive experience in preparing individual, partnership, corporate, and not-for-profit tax returns. He works with clients across various industries, including construction, healthcare, manufacturing, software, and professional services.

Matt Mingey, Jr., has been promoted from Senior Tax Accountant to Tax Supervisor. Matt, who joined Brinker Simpson in 2019, specializes in preparing individual, partnership, corporate, and not-for-profit tax returns. He primarily works with clients in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, construction, software development, professional services, healthcare, and government.

John Retkovis has been promoted from Tax Associate to Senior Tax Accountant. John supports compliance, consulting, and outsourcing services for partnerships, individuals, and corporations. His dedication and strong technical skills have made him a valuable member of the tax team.

Amanda Felix has been promoted from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant in the Client Accounting Services Department. Amanda joined Brinker Simpson in 2023 with over a decade of bookkeeping experience and now plays a key role in supporting clients with daily financial tasks, payroll, and account management.
