Brinker Simpson & Company, LLC, the region's premier accounting and financial advisory firm, is honored to announce its ranking as the #1 employer in the small company category on The Philadelphia Inquirer's Top Workplaces list for 2024. This category includes the top 81 companies with 149 or fewer employees in the Delaware Valley, highlighting Brinker Simpson & Company's exceptional workplace environment and culture.
Since 2009, The Philadelphia Inquirer, in partnership with employee survey firm Energage, has been spotlighting the best places to work in the Delaware Valley through a systematic and scientific survey process. This assessment rigorously evaluates 24 culture drivers critical to an organization's success, covering aspects such as pay, benefits, company direction, leadership, meaningful work, and employee appreciation.
Of the 5,926 organizations invited to participate this year, only 152 earned the title of Top Workplace. The selection process relies solely on employee feedback and does not require any financial commitment, guaranteeing an impartial evaluation of workplace environments.
"We are incredibly proud to be recognized as the leading workplace in our category. This honor reflects our entire team's hard work and dedication and our commitment to fostering a supportive and dynamic environment where our employees can thrive," said Michael Simpson, CPA, CVA, Managing Partner. "At Brinker Simpson, our core philosophy is to work hard, have fun, and help others. We believe that investing in our people is the key to our success, and this principle drives our culture and operations, ensuring we not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients and community."
