Brinker Simpson Top Workplace Ranking by Philadelphia Business Journal

BSCO_BlogIcon_Business Journal Top Workplaces

Brinker Simpson & Company, LLC, the region's premier accounting and financial advisory firm, is thrilled to announce that The Philadelphia Business Journal has named it one of the Best Places to Work in Greater Philadelphia. Additionally, the Firm is a finalist for the top three companies in the medium category (50-99 employees).

This prestigious honor is a testament to our team's unwavering dedication and commitment to fostering a strong, collaborative culture. The top companies in each category will be celebrated at a special event on July 25, and more details will be featured in the Business Journal on July 26.

The Philadelphia Business Journal annually recognizes the region’s top employers through its Best Places to Work program, partnering with Quantum Workplace to identify outstanding workplaces. This year’s list includes 84 companies, ranked based on employee feedback gathered through an online survey. The survey measures each company’s culture, including compensation, benefits, and trust in senior leadership.

Companies are divided into five categories based on size: micro (10 to 24 employees), small (25 to 49 employees), medium (50 to 99 employees), large (100 to 499 employees), and extra-large (500 or more employees). This year, 20 companies are honorees in the small category, and 15 companies are honored in the medium category. The three highest-ranked companies in each category will be revealed at the event on July 25 at Rivers Casino and in a special print edition of the Business Journal on July 26.

"We are extremely proud to be recognized as a leading workplace in our category. This honor showcases the hard work and dedication of our entire team and our commitment to nurturing a supportive and dynamic environment where our employees can flourish,” said Michael Simpson, CPA, CVA, Managing Partner. “At Brinker Simpson, we believe in working hard, having fun, and helping others. Our investment in our people is the cornerstone of our success, driving our culture and operations.”

The complete list of Top Workplaces will be published in the July 26 edition of The Philadelphia Business Journal. You can view the preliminary listing on the Journal’s website.
