Brinker Simpson & Company, LLC, the region's largest independently owned, full-service public accounting firm, is pleased to welcome Lauren Baldassarre to our team of professionals.

Lauren joins the Firm as a senior accountant on our client accounting services team. She is responsible for our clients' day-to-day accounting activities, including general oversight of their bookkeeping system and financial reporting. Lauren brings valuable professional skills to the Firm, including over 12 years of experience managing daily financial operations and compliance programs.

Before joining, Lauren worked as the vice president of finance for a local manufacturing, processing, and wholesale distribution company in the Philadelphia region. In this role, she managed daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliation, cash flow statements, check deposits, purchase orders, journal entries, invoices, 1099s and petty cash. Lauren was also responsible for hiring, managing, and training part-time office staff. She takes great pride in fostering and developing a work culture focused on customer service, collaboration, accountability, and employee empowerment.

Lauren received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bloomsburg University. She and her husband, Frank, reside in Springfield Township, PA, with their four children.
