Brinker Simpson & Company no longer uses TaxCaddy. SafeSend is our single, secure platform for exchanging tax documents with our team, for the 2026 tax year and beyond.

Do Not Upload Documents to TaxCaddy

If you used TaxCaddy with our firm in the past, please do not upload any tax documents there. Anything uploaded to TaxCaddy is not monitored and will not be used in preparing your return.

We retired TaxCaddy after Thomson Reuters consolidated its products. Standardizing on one platform gives you a consistent, secure and reliable experience.

What You Can Do in SafeSend

• Electronically sign engagement letters and required forms
• Complete your organizer and questionnaire
• Securely upload tax documents and supporting information

What to Do This Tax Season

• Watch for your SafeSend invitation email, then complete and submit your engagement letter, organizer, questionnaire and documents through SafeSend.
• If you do not see the invitation, check your spam or junk folder.
• If you prefer paper, you are welcome to mail documents to our office or drop them off in person.
