The Philadelphia Inquirer has ranked Brinker Simpson as the #1 employer in the small company category on its 2024 Top Workplaces list. This recognition highlights the firm's exceptional workplace environment and culture, underscoring its commitment to fostering a supportive and dynamic atmosphere where employees thrive. Since 2009, The Philadelphia Inquirer, in partnership with Energage, has recognized top workplaces through rigorous surveys evaluating critical culture drivers such as pay, benefits, leadership, and employee appreciation. Of the 5,926 organizations invited to participate, only 152 earned the title of Top Workplace, based entirely on employee feedback.
In addition, The Philadelphia Business Journal has named Brinker Simpson one of the Best Places to Work in Greater Philadelphia. The firm is also a finalist for the top three companies in the medium category (50-99 employees). This honor, determined in partnership with Quantum Workplace, is based on employee feedback from an online survey. The survey measures each company's culture, including compensation, benefits, and trust in senior leadership. The top companies will be celebrated at a special event on July 25, with further details featured in the Business Journal on July 26.
