Brinker Simpson & Company, LLC, the region's largest independently owned, full-service public accounting firm, is pleased to welcome Gina Tobin to our team of professionals.

Gina joins the Firm as the director of human resources, bringing 30 years of experience in human resources and organizational strategy. In this role, she oversees all facets of the Firm's HR function, including talent management, recruiting, compensation and benefits, performance management and other strategic team initiatives.

Before joining the Firm, Gina was the human resources director for a regional Federal Credit Union. In this role, she served as the primary point of contact for employee relations, focusing on creating business partnerships and building trust with managers and employees to create a positive work environment. Understanding the impact human resources has on an organization has been a career-spanning passion for Gina, and she is happy to bring that to the Firm.

Gina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Wesley College and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Widener University. She is the proud mom of her daughter, Sophia. Gina and her husband, Todd, reside in Glen Mills, PA.
