Programs With Purpose

Monthly Mission: Our journey began in 2015 with the Dress-Down Day Collection, a simple yet innovative way to support local causes. Team members could wear jeans on Fridays for a small donation. As times changed, especially with COVID's impact on workplace norms, we evolved this idea into the Monthly Mission. This initiative has become a staple of our culture, allowing us to support various charitable organizations and make a meaningful monthly impact.

Annual Frank Baldino Food Drive: In honor of our late partner, Frank Baldino, we gather non-perishable food and personal hygiene products every November. Our team collects, sorts, and delivers these essential items to local food pantries, providing much-needed support to our community.

School Supply and Backpack Donation: Education is the foundation of a prosperous community. Recognizing this, we donate school supplies and backpacks annually to ensure that local students have the tools they need for success. This program prepares students for their educational journey and shows them that their community believes in their potential.

Adopt a Family: The holiday season is a time for giving, and through our Adopt-a-Family program, we embrace this spirit wholeheartedly. Each December, our team comes together to collect donations, providing holiday gifts to local families facing difficult times. This tradition has become a core part of who we are, symbolizing our commitment to bringing joy and support to those in need during the holiday season.

CityTeam's Hope Cafe

Brinker Simpson is honored to collaborate with CityTeam Chester/Philadelphia Area, an organization that exemplifies respect and dignity for everyone. Our partnership with CityTeam's Hope Cafe embodies our shared values of compassion and community support. Providing nutritious, multi-course meals, Hope Cafe does more than feed the body; it fosters a sense of belonging and community among our unhoused neighbors. These Saturday night dinners are a platform for building enduring relationships and offering an elevated experience that respects the dignity of all participants. Through this initiative, we're serving hope, one meal at a time.
