ABOUT JIM DELIZZIO

Jim DeLizzio Brinker Simpson in September 2011, bringing a wealth of experience from his time as CFO/Controller in various companies, where he managed all facets of accounting, taxes, planning, and internal controls. Prior to his tenure in the private sector, Jim was an audit manager at a major international accounting firm.

In his role as a Director at Brinker Simpson, Jim specializes in investigative, forensic, litigation support, accounting, and tax services. His expertise extends to overseeing complex engagements such as shareholder disputes, embezzlement cases, partnership litigation, and asset distribution. He is trained at reviewing and reporting on governmental financial systems and compliance and has experience serving as a Temporary Receiver. Jim's proficiency in forensics has led him to testify as an expert witness in the field.

Dedicated to community service, Jim has actively volunteered and served on the boards of various organizations. He lives in Springfield with his wife, Carol, and they take pride in their three children.
